The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 5th and runs through Sunday,January11th in whatever timezone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. My Final Thoughts
I had a lot of fun with Bout of Books this time around just like I always do, but I also didn't quite read as much as I wanted. I had a weird couple of days when I didn't even read 100 pages. I enjoyed the challenges a great deal, but I am a little sad I didn't spend a lot of time finding new blogs. I will have to work on that for next time.

DeleteJust signed up for this! I'm planning to read 5 too but I'm just going to pick whatever book to read. Torn Away is really good. Jennifer Brown is a great author who likes to write about sad/serious situations which I love about her books.

Dang I should have done this! I've been meaning to try a read-a-thon and I have a relatively low key week (last one before a new semester starts - womp womp) but I am too lazy to make a last minute post now. I might participate unofficially! Man, I suck at commitment! Anyway GOOD LUCK WITH THIS TOO!
