Book Recommendation Friday is back with a new name and a new look! I plan on posting this feature on the first Friday of every month.
Each month I will come up with at least five different and unique reading suggestions for each post. I only recommend books I have already read unless noted.
The Books I suggest aren't always necessarily the same genre/plot so much as they have the same feel... and are great reads of course.
Click on the book title to found out more about each one. Enjoy!
**Please share your book recommendations below and any other ways you think I could make this feature even better! If you have a specific book you want me to highlight in the upcoming months please feel free to share them with me. For other reading suggestions that I have completed in the past check out my If you liked...Then read... page.
I really like in your recommendations that you DON'T choose all the same genre/plot -- I am so wary when I see books advertised as "great for fans of X book" because I don't want something that is trying too hard to be like something else, just another book with that same feel (as you said) which is perfect :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'm glad I did books that were not just strictly very similar to the book and that gives more of the same feel because I agree with you...that it can be annoying when books are way too similar.
DeleteYour recommendations sound great, especially since I loved Pivot Point and All Our Yesterdays!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I think you would like all the books on this list then!
DeleteLOVE THIS! And considering I loved The Archived, Sanctum, How to Lead a Life of Crime, All Our Yesterday's and Pivot Point, I should probably read Pulse and Control (scratch my comment about waiting).
ReplyDeleteI mean you make a good point. :D
DeleteLOVE IT! I haven't read The Archived but it's definitely on my TBR list... as is Pulse, All Our Yesterdays and Pivot Point. So many good books, so little time!
ReplyDeleteIf only we could stop time. ;)
