I had never even heard of Kickstarter until the whole Veronica Mars thing. I don't even know what I think about it, but so far not great, (perhaps because I don't have any extra money to help support movies/projects that involve famous/rich people that do have money. Sorry, that was a little harsh, I know that isn't what Kickstarter is all about...), but apparently publishing companies are starting to grow on Kickstarter.

DeleteI wish you hadn't lured me to look at that new species with HP because I might have nightmares tonight. I HATE insects. Thank god it wasn't a spider or else I'd probably be hyperventilating right now.
ReplyDeleteI think those ads of books turned into dvds are PERFECT. So much of what makes a book magical gets lots when you make the movie :(
And I don't really know how I feel about Kickstarter either...
I had no idea you were reading A Mad Wicked Folly! I hope you love it. I bought it a month or so ago but need to squeeze it into my reading schedule.I just started On The Fence though.
If it was a spider I wouldn't have posted it...hahaha I hate them/are scared of them with a passion.
