A Court of Mist of Fury (#2) by Sarah J. Maas (May 2016)
624 pages
Genre: Fantasy
Publisher: Bloomsbury
Source: I bought it.
Purchase: Amazon | The Book Depository | Barnes & Noble
My Rating:
Goodreads Summary: Feyre survived Amarantha’s clutches to return to the Spring Court—but at a steep cost. Though she now has the powers of the High Fae, her heart remains human, and it can’t forget the terrible deeds she performed to save Tamlin’s people.

Nor has Feyre forgotten her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court. As Feyre navigates its dark web of politics, passion, and dazzling power, a greater evil looms—and she might be key to stopping it. But only if she can harness her harrowing gifts, heal her fractured soul, and decide how she wishes to shape her future—and the future of a world cleaved in two.

My Review

A few quick words before my review. 1. This book is definitely more of an adult book than a young adult book. 2. ACOMAF is very different from the first book and it's even better. 3. I have a new book boyfriend. Now without further ado, here is my review of the best damn book I have read so far this year told through gifs.

At the beginning. (You all know who this look is for.)

Hugs for Feyre.

Me seeing the Night Court for the first time.

You know that scene where everyone reading swooned. I swooned hard. So very hard.

That ending...

  5. Hahaha this was so funny, but those gifs summed it up quite well!!

I hated how Feyre just allowed Tamlin to lock her up, it was so frustrating to read. But i was glad when the story progressed on wards from that. I'm so excited to see where this story goes! Because that ending? WTF!
