From Modern to Classic
Hosted by RANTY RUNT OF A READER
The Challenge: Share one book that you believe will be considered a classic in 100 years time. Simple? I do have a few caveats, the book must have been published in or after 2005 and you need to provide two reasons for why this book will be a classic.
Books galore! I'll admit I've only read The Help from your selection, but I do think that all your reasons are important to books becoming classics - I hope you are enjoying the readathon, and thanks for participating!
ReplyDeleteThe readathon was a blast as always!
DeleteI have only read the help from your list, but that is definitely a classic. I loved We Were Liars by E. Lockhart so will have to look out for your pick :)
ReplyDeleteI love The Help and could read it again and again. We Were Liars is so good!
DeleteLOVED the neglected positives in The Disreputable History... I wish my English teacher would have had us read this!
ReplyDeleteAgreed!!!!!
DeleteI agree with The Help! Such a powerful story!
